Nebraska weather means that Winterization is an important and needed service to protect your property. TS Preservation Specialists will shut off water supply to the property, add anti-freeze to traps and fixtures, drain plumbing and heating systems, and disconnect feed pipes, as necessary.
TS Preservation Specialists can remove and dispose of all interior and/or exterior debris including old appliances in accordance with client instructions and/or applicable Investor/Insurer guidelines.
PAINTING
Convey Maintenance
TS Preservation Specialists has experience in complete interior painting including boards, walls, cielings and cabinets in and efficient manner to help protect your property. Exterior painting is also available. Our goal is always to help keep your property looking great.
Before a foreclosed property can be conveyed to HUD, clients must ensure that it is in proper convey condition. When a convey maintenance order is issued, a field team is dispatched immediately to verify property vacancy. All work is fully documented and submitted to the client within 24 hours of completion.
Proper yard maintenance enhances the curb appeal, complies with local ordinances and protects the property from unwanted attention. All yard maintenance is performed and documented according to applicable investor/insurer guidelines.
